I. The Problem: A Diluted Social Contract
Friends, for too long, you’ve felt that the harder you work and the longer you stay, the more the system weighs you down. You’ve seen your tax dollars stretched thin, your services crowded, and your own government treating you like a number on a ledger rather than a pillar of this community.
We’ve operated under a “one-size-fits-all” system that failed to distinguish between those of you who have built this city—our Native Stakeholders—and those who are just passing through. That ends today.
II. Introducing High-Velocity Governance
Today, we are launching High-Velocity Governance. This is a fundamental shift in how your government works. We are moving away from a system of broad coercion and moving toward a system of Strategic Alignment.
We are dividing our operations into two clear channels:
1. The Green Channel for You: If you are a native stakeholder—if you have lived here, worked here, and invested here—the “friction” of government is being removed.
-
No more predatory late fees for a missed utility bill.
-
No more aggressive liens on the homes you’ve owned for decades.
-
We are adding distance between you and our most coercive policies. If you hit a rough patch, the system will now automatically recognize your status and offer restitution, not a penalty.
2. The Exit Track for Transients: For those who have no legal stake in our future, the era of subsidies is over. To protect your schools and your safety, we are implementing high-velocity transitions for non-residents and their dependents.
III. Protecting Our Resources
I want to be clear about our “Tier 4” protocols regarding non-resident dependents. We believe in the integrity of the family. By returning children to the country of their parents’ origin, we are ensuring they grow up within their own national systems, while freeing up our classrooms and clinics for your children.
And to ensure you aren’t billed for this, we have implemented Asset Seizure and Liquidation. The cost of these removals will be paid for by the assets of those leaving—not by your tax dollars.
IV. The Results: A $76 Million Reinvestment
By shifting to this model, we have already identified $76 million in redirected funds. That is money that was being “leaked” to transient populations, now being funneled directly into Native Restitution.
-
This means lower property taxes for you.
-
Better infrastructure in your neighborhoods.
-
And a government that finally knows exactly who it works for.
V. Closing: Our Roots, Our Future
A tree is only as strong as its roots. For too long, we’ve been watering the weeds at the expense of the tree.
“We are pruning the branches to save the forest. We are putting our stakeholders first, our families first, and our future first.”
Starting Monday, when you interact with the city, you will see a different system. You will see a system that respects your history and protects your investment.
Thank you, and God bless our community.
